I will suggest mts1098's "Pennsylvania Day Trip Ideas" hub - it offers a good many destinations, is well illustrated, and covers a broad scope of interests from central PA's Renaissance Faire to an evaluation of and personal preference in the legendary battle of  Cheesesteaks between Philadelphia's Geno's and Pat's . . . my promotion of this hub has nothing to do with the fact that I live in Hershey, PA, which is also prominently presented in this hub.

In "Mister Rock Of Ages" Ken R. Abell says of our memories ~

"Good snippets are shelved along with the bad—fair and foul recollections coexist side by side. The choice as to what to do with the gallery of memory is always ours to make."

. . . in this hub Ken approaches his subject both conceptually and personally - he sets the stage by addressing the idea that "the past cannot be adjusted or fixed. Those who continually sort through the garbage are destined to treadmill their way through life" and then shares with us his own personal experience of when "There was lots of junk floating around inside me—I was in a downward spiral of self-destruction".

Mickey Sr. has an interesting "story" that is his life shown on his profile. I was drawn in from the first paragraph and couldn't wait to read a hub to see his writing style when writing a "piece" versus an "introduction." I was not disappointed.

The one I chose to read is shown below. It was an interesting piece and I was left with much to contemplate and enjoy.

Let's try this again, as Ken beat me to Mickey's review while I was reading!

I read the hub posted below from Ken and enjoyed it tremendously. He doesn't force his beliefs upon you but allows you to see where he is coming from and why he believes as he does. I feel this is key in a society where so many attack one another for what they believe. If we could only share our stories, share our faith, share our testimonies without expecting the other person to convert in an instant...oh how wonderful the world would be and how much more enlightened we could all become. I am looking forward to reading his other hubs.
