As long as your hubpages profile is registered in google analytics your new hubs will automatically show up as they are viewed. You do not need to individually add them.
I use Google Webmaster Tools, under Diagnostics, Fetch with Googlebot.... this adds my page to the Google Data base rather quickly, rather than awaiting a Google crawl.
You dont have to do anything after updating your profile with the analytics. New hubs are automatically added
