The only way you will find out if a hub was flagged is if Hubpages unpublishes it.
The action of "flagging" a Hub brings the Hub to the attention of the moderators. Lots of flags will make a Hub move up their queue more quickly. If they decide nothing is wrong with the Hub, the author will never know the Hub had ever been flagged.
However, if the moderators decide that the Hub is in violation of one or more terms of the site, the author will get a warning or the Hub will be unpublished.
Relache has explained it perfectly.
Some people confuse "flagging" with "moderating". Hubbers can only "flag" a Hub, and all that does is ask HubPages staff (moderators) to look at the Hub.
If the HubPages staff moderates the Hub and decides there is a problem, then they may unpublish the Hub. If they decide it's OK, you will never know your Hub was flagged.
Your poetry is fine, but your English is poor in your factual Hubs, so it's quite possible they will be flagged and unpublished.

I think it is vital that when someone flags your hub you are told who did it and why. If someone complained about you at work, protocol dictates that the person is supposed to go to you first and let you know that they...
