Do you make more money focusing on one product per hub, or by creating lists of products?
Do you find that you make more product referrals on hubpages and adsense when you focus on one product per hub, or many products per hub (like a top 10)?
People like lists and reading all the options they provide. When I'm researching a product I'm going to buy, I prefer to read top 10 list type articles so I can see how the product compares to similar items. Articles that focus on a single product are harder to rank for since you will be competing with the manufacturer's page and Amazon page. And personally, those are the first places I would go to read about a product.
I suggest trying both strategies and seeing which one yields more ad clicks and product referrals.
I do some reviews and usually include three products of the hub topic. I have made some off of Amazon sales from those hubs and some HP coinage as well.

I took my 30-days page views count; divided it by 30 and further divided it by the number of published hubs. Thus I got a fair representation of my average number of visitors per day per hub. It comes to a whopping 1.6!...
