HP is an outlet for me that goes to different writing places from my corporate, business life. HP is also a place to make meet some very cool people. And maybe make some dough!
meeting new people with same interests as yours and writing too..
Not for the money that's for sure!! Just the pure enjoyment and when I want to express myself I will.
For me it's everything. The community is great, I'm thinking of a career in freelance writing, I love writing out of pure enjoyment, and the money isn't a bad thing either!
I've always liked to write and I see it as a creative act and this is a good way to get it out of my system!
Money would be great but for me, it's just something I'm compelled to do.
I love to write. I want to share my thoughts and ideas to my readers. I also learn from the articles of other writers. It feels good.
I'm quite new but I love this site because it's so simple. Inspiration is allover the place and the hubbers are great people who love to share a joke aswell as their work. (Quick thanx to everyone who's read my hubs)
Online income is definitely a reason but its not the only reason, after all man is a social animal.
There's writing for work (which usually means writing what someone else wants you to write, which I do), and there's writing for yourself (which is what "casual/hobby" writing is, and which is the kind I do on HubPages or other sites). It's nice to use spare time to write what I feel like writing and earn some money for it too. I do "whatever" in my free time - Hubs, blogs, other stuff. Over time, all that free-time writing has build up and added to earnings, besides adding up to a big collection of different types of writing.
I make it a challenge for myself to hopefully improve a little with each hub. I love to write and our Hubs give us quite a bit of freedom to be creative. We just need a music capsule Thanks

For some it's the ability to share your thoughts, for others it's to purely write, and then there's the people with dollar signs over their eyes. Which one are you or are you different?

What do you like MOST about writing on HubpagesWe all have reasons for choosing Hubpages to store up our treasured writings. I'm curious to know what motivates other writers to write on Hubpages.
