Is there any Indian (or any other Asian) here on hubpages who has been approved by Adsense?
I have applied twice, but disapproved both the times.
Among the hubbers whom I follow, there are three from India, one from Nepal, and two from Indonesia. All of their hubs have Google ads. I only follow a tiny fraction of HubPages authors, so there likely are many more hubbers from India and other Asian countries who have been approved by Adsense.
