Which is the best way to increase my followers on HP?
I realize that having more followers on HP equals more reads which equals more ad impressions and more revenue? But how do I go about increasing my followers on HP, which is the best approach to it?
Actually, Google searches typically constitute the vast majority of views and clicks. A strong following on HubPages might have a minor benefit, but it is very minor indeed when compared to search engine attention.
In any case, the best way to earn valuable followers is to just keep writing high quality content that others will find interesting. Niche writing is the best way to do this, but that's not for everybody. Try to be involved in other ways by commenting on the hubs you read, answer questions, and participate in the forums. It looks like a fourth of my feed lately is comprised of new people wanting the rest of us to tell them how to write. All day I get request after request for help on passing the Quality Assessment. I mean Really? Many of your requests are just one step above being a jumble of mis-spelled words...
