Is the Q-A section loosing its charm with less participation by Hubbers?

Fewer questions are being asked and answered.

I find that questions have changed, sometimes you still get those which provoke debate but most of the time they have a religious bias or are questions which the person who asked has a clear motive and they have an opinion and want to see how popular it is.
You also get people who actually ask questions like school exams?
    And predominantly American!!

Some questions stir strife. That is not appealing to me.

There is certainly less variety of quality questions to choose from, in addition to several of them being solely antagonistic. I wish more of us would bring in more interesting questions. It seems for awhile many questions were getting flagged as "conversational" - so people seemed to lose interest.

Thanks Christin S, for answering the question!
You are right, more interesting and quality questions need to be posted by fellow hubbers.
      Thanks!

But I find it still active. Questions are flooding, but answers are limited. Here the hubbers need to pay more attention.  In fact this session is so interesting and updates our knowledge on various topics. My advice to all hubbers: Please active more on Q&A section.

You are right, there should be more active participation in Q-A section.
      Thanks!

I have noticed less questions. When I first started, there used to be new questions every time I logged on.  Now they seem to stay around longer with less questions being asked.  I thought it was due to the summer and people being offline more.

You are right, less questions are being asked. Some of the available questions are 1 or 2 years old.
      Thanks!

I'd ask more questions, but I don't have any that would seem that interesting - at least I don't think so. When I log into HP, I always spend some time reading the questions that were posted since the last time I was on. The reason I don't answer as many is because I either don't have anything to say or the questions are too basic and I don't know what type of answer the person is looking for.

A lot of the questions are being repeated by new people. Also, if nothing is happening in the news, there is little to talk about. Only trivia or personal issues and opinions.

I have noticed a distinct change in this section. Very few fun questions, lots of serious stuff and repeats as well. I know I am spending the bulk of my time on Bubblews because there I make money. Here for 3 years and haven't made money so I am moving my stuff. I think a lot of hubbers are moving.

You are right many good hubbers have shifted their attention to other sites like Bubblews. HP' s loss is Bubblews gain. I am happy to note that you are doing so well there.
      Thanks!

So many of the Q&A have gone off into religion that I just get fed up with it.
Even the questions that aren't directly religious often have religious bias and I just don't care about religion or religious perspectives.

I tend to go in spurts then get fed up and drop off for prolonged periods if I don't see questions that interest me.

I also tend to be far more active during the Monsoon season when there is less to do.

I agree this is not the site for religious discussion. This is more of a content writing or creative writing site and that is why we are here.
      I respect your opinion. Thanks!
