I don't know whether anyone had problem. But, i would like to know what was your problem? Do they not publish or was it any technical problem?

If your hub meets some basic norms of the quality and is of at least 700 words and contained some images of your own or free images without grammatical errors, then it will get published, provided the content is not illegal.

It was technical - probably my incompetence. The article was long enough, the pictures were free. I simply could not get things to load and to check them to see how they looked. After about a half hour of trying I gave up - I had other work to do.

It should get published as long as the topic and/or content doesn't violate any of HPs rules. If you just clicked to publish it a few hours ago and it being your first, it may not show up as published for at least another couple of hours. You are considered in "boot camp" until you've published at least five hubs and those will be scrutinized more closely. Once you make it past "boot camp", you hubs will be published almost instantly.

I was having  hard time just loading it! And I couldn't get the pictures to take. I got frustrated and finally gave up.

Still stymied! I need someone to walk me through this process. I tried reading the guidelines, and couldn't follow them. I have a Masters Degree, but I'm a techno idiot!

While creating a new hub, you must have clicked the button "start a hub" at the top right hand corner of your profile page. Post title at the title capsule and paste it in  topic column to choose category from the window, click continue and start hub
