I just recently wrote a new hub. I tried to put in an amazon capsule and e-bay capsule with no luck.
I also tried to put in a poll capsule and that also didn't work. What am I doing wrong? My e-bay and amazon are still in active status, however I haven't used these capsules in awhile. But that wouldn't have anything to do with putting in a poll capsule. Any advice?
Sorry you are having browser issues.
Many times if you are having trouble with eBay or Amazon product capsules, it is related to ad-blocking software.
As for polls, try these steps.
1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Check or any install any browser or OS upgrades.
3. Disable all browsers extensions and any software such as ad-blocking programs.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Try another web browser like Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Internet Explorer.

URL and/or title of specific Hub or Hubs with issues.
What items are you trying to add to the product capsules? What is the specific product code?
