Every time I save my hub, the news capsule disappears.
I go back to edit, refresh the news capsule a few times, and the info appears again. I save, and then it disappears.
Anyone else having this problem?
Edit: Now the capsule won't pull up anything for the same phrase that was pulling up just a few minutes ago, much less seconds after. (Save capsule, info appears for a brief second, disappears, reopen capsule, preview and see nothing, click preview again and the info appears, save, it disappears, reopen, preview and nothing)
Anyone? Because I'm still having problems with it today. News appears. I save. I disappears.
I know we've had some issues with the news capsule. We'll look into it. Thanks for letting us know.
Your welcome. It's just rather frustrating because the news keeps disappearing. I hope if it's a bug, you guys can fix it.
The most frustrating part is when I finally get it to appear in the edit form, it disappears in published form.
Yes, this happens to me all the time. It is frustrating. I always put it in a place on my hub so it won't be obvious if it isn't showing.
yes... I am having the same problem with the news feed capsule. Question... if the capsule feed is not working... are we penalized for this. I think if a You tube link is not working we are penalized in some way...
So, should we remove the news feed capsules until the problem is fixed -- if we are penalized?

I just tried to correct of couple of photo attributions. When I open the capsule in edit, the photo disappears. It won't let me upload another photo either. The capsule looks strange, no icon to click to upload. Is this possibly because the links are broken and photos are no longer available? I...

Hello,When I share one of my Hubs on Facebook by clicking the standard button on the bottom right of a Hub, it will show the image from the first picture capsule that I enter in the Hub in the preview box. It's not doing this tonight, I'm getting the image of an Amazon listing that I have in the...

I don't know if anybody else gets this problem - but for me it's becoming very frustrating.I'm finding adding a map into a hub is problematic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Every time it doesn't the map stays stuck on San Francisco no matter what address you put in, no matter if you...

Steps to reproduce:1. Create a link capsule.2. Paste a Hub link in there with an apostrophe in its summary and add it.3. In the 'Link description', all apostrophes will have disappeared (so You've becomes Youve).

The RSS capsule appears to have stopped working. The old ones are working but when you try to add a new one it won't recognise a valid source.
