    How can I allow followers on Hubpages?

    I have a potential-follower who said they could not follow me on Hubpages directly. I was wondering if there is a quick fix to this issue. Thank you for the help!

    The only way I know of is to sign in and go to the profile page and follow. I wasn't able to follow until I joined.

      I think he is already a hubpages member but can't follow me which is why I am confused
