A year ago, I've sent out my Pilates benefits hub to Calorie Bee. It was declined. Today after I revised it and resubmitted it to Calorie Bee--it was declined once again. So I'm asking for help here on suggestions to make it better when I resubmit it again later this year. Here's the link: https://hubpages.com/health/Pilates-Pra … eeks-45-46
I have not read the content, I'm only giving you feedback regarding structure.
The Telltale Signs of When You Need a Break - Make this a bulleted list instead of a callout
You have extra white spaces between text capsules.
Again, I have not read a single word other than your headings. Your title says you are talking about health benefits. But I do not see any indication of this. If this is what your article is about, maybe have some sections that specifically deal with this? It is very likely you talk about benefits in your other sections, but they don't stand out (even though it is what the article is supposed to be about).
Lobobrandon has good advice. You should try to format your article in a way that makes it easier for a reader to read. You can do this with bullet points, a table, etc. I'd also include a couple of more pictures and change the title to something more searchable like "Is It a Good Idea to Take a Break From Pilates?"
Brandon, I did go into the health benefits of why you should take a break from Pilates like when you should take a break and how long. I have 2 graphs on it like What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger for example. if you read further. Kierstin, I can do that--change title, bullet points, and reformat article somehow this summer. Thanks for the pointers.
Then I would change the title to something on the lines of what Kierstin suggested.
Okay I can do that. Something more to think about. Thanks.
Thanks. I'll resubmit the hub again probably this fall. Maybe 3rd time is the charm, I hope?
Thanks Liz. Good luck on getting your first hub into that niche. I only have one hub over there last year. I'll see if I can find some free photos online.
Welcome. I would have to check out that website in the future like Unsplash too.
I think for a start, some pictures would be good. You might also try strengthening your SEO strategy. I don't really see any unique or workable keyword combinations. Decide on one, then spread this over the article.
