    Hi Hubbers,

    I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Benefits of stretching exercises for health and fitness. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

    Title caps, but they should have fixed that.

    Hi Miebakagh- you have a lot of excellent advice here, but the bumps in delivery need smoothing. In the first place, it is best to capitalize all longer words in a title (four letters or more).

    Secondly, some of the sentences have errors in grammar and spelling; also, you may try simplifying some sentences for ease of reading. For instance;

    “Stretching is a technic to improves the flexibility of the
    muscles, joints, and bones; and enable muscles and bones to move freely at natural angles.”

    May sound better like this:

    “Stretching is a technique that improves the flexibility of muscles, joints, and bones; moreover, it enables greater agility in the body.”

    In the list of stretching benefits, I would join the sentences that begin with “hence” into the previous sentence. For example, join numbers 13 & 14:
    13. It transports nutrients to joints, bones, ligaments, and muscles, which makes bones strong and eliminates osteoporosis.

    If you can afford Grammarly, it would make a huge difference in getting your articles more presentable. I use the free version, which is limited, but still helps catch smaller errors of punctuation and spelling.

    Hi Bode de Venerable, thanks for visiting.
    I have put in your suggestions by modifying long sentences into shorter ones.
    But do you think capitalizing longer words in a title is current with the APA format at HubPages?
    I use free Grammarly and runs it in editing my stories.
    Thanks again for your good suggestions.

    Hi Miebakagh. Your stretching advice is worthwhile. These would be better understood if you organize them well. Take out unnecessary sentences that do not add to readers' understanding. I am not sure about quoting studies with no complete references.

    You can also improve your pictures by editing or getting new ones.

    You also need to edit your article for flaws in grammar. I am surprised Grammarly did not catch these.
