Help! Since on or about 1st April I have not received a single email notification from HP. I am receiving emails from other sources as normal, so it’s not a problem at my end.
I’ve checked the settings in profiles and I can confirm that the email address is correct, and that all the boxes are ticked to receive notifications.
I’ve also checked the SPAM folder, and I can confirm they are not ending up in there.
I’ve also sent myself a test email from one of my HP Articles, and even that hasn’t arrived.
I did report this issue via the email help on the HP help pages over 24 hours ago; but I haven’t even received acknowledgement of that so I assume that either HP hasn’t acknowledge my query yet, or if they have then I haven’t received the email (which is the problem which I am reporting).
Can someone from HP please look into the problem and let me know whether they can help please.

I got the 'Latest notifications' one yesterday. I'm also being notified of questions, and this morning I had a direct contact email via one of my hubs.

Since 21 December I have not received any notification emails for any HP activities: New articles, responses on comments, etc.I see some others may have the same problem -- not receiving any emails.I checked my Email notifications and they are all set the way I would like them to be.Does...

I have not received any email notifications from HubPages since yesterday, March 9th, just before noon. Has anyone else had this problem? I will retype my email address and check my junk folder.

I noticed yesterday, I wasn't receiving any notification of a new comment on the hubs I am following.I have to manually check them.I thought it was strange that the volume of emails I receive from Hubpages team was reduced drastically.I checked all my email settings and they're fine.Anyone else...

I noticed that I have not received one notification from HP since yesterday at 11:55 a.m.! I am not receiving any notifications on hubs I have commented on or newly published hubs from hubbers I follow. Is anyone else having this trouble? I have typed my email address in again...

I'm no longer receiving a daily email notification about articles that have been published. I've checked my settings and they are correct.
