A link to your Hub: True Devotion For The Two Of You

      Dear Lady Guinevere,

We wanted to let you know that True Devotion For The Two Of You has the opportunity to become Featured! Featured articles are showcased on Topic Pages and Related articles listings. They are also made available to search engines. We want your article to succeed and strongly recommend making a few improvements.

The perks of a Featured article don't end at increased visibility online. Featured articles are likely to be more successful over the long run when it comes to traffic, earnings, and augmenting your personal online brand.

It's possible that your article is not Featured because it contains spammy elements. Perhaps it was written for a link, or has excessive product capsules or product capsules that are not directly related to the content. Even articles that appear to be high quality can be spammy. We recommend that you remove any spammy elements from your article.

If you don't see any spammy elements in your article, then it was likely defeatured for failing to meet HubPages' general quality standards. The article may have been too short or underdeveloped, had formatting issues, broken or unrelated links, and/or significant grammatical errors. For more help on this front, please read the Elements of a Stellar Article Learning Center guide.

What else can you do to improve your article? High-quality articles are original, in depth, and media rich. For starters, check out our Learning Center entry on How to Improve the Quality of an Article for detailed tips, helpful links, and before/after example articles.

Lastly, if you would like personalized feedback on how to make your article better, we invite you to post in the Improving Your Article Forum.

Thank you for taking the time to update and improve your work!

      Cheers,
      The HubPages team

After a quick run through I noticed numerous grammar errors and typos:

"This song came out when the show "Married With Children came out." The song title needs close quotes, although HP style is to put song titles in italics not quotes.

"Love and Marriage Go Together Like A Horse And Carriage You can't have one without th other." Capitalization and italics issues, also the "e" is missing from the.

"but the lawyers sent in in every day before it would be final." Two "ins."

There are many other errors, so a thorough proofreading is needed. Perhaps, use a program such as Grammarly to fix the mistakes.

The section in which you describe your own marriage problems reads like a personal blog and HP is not a blogging platform.

Do you have permission to use the image? Is it free of copyright restrictions?

I suggest you give the Learning Center a thorough reading. Follow the links at "Help" top right of this page.

Your article is looking a lot better than when I first saw it. You’ve made some good edits. There are a few spelling, capitalization, and grammar errors left, though, so you need to go through it once more. Perhaps going through the article very slowly and looking at every part of it would be helpful.

You need to reconsider the link in the article. It goes to a commercial page that is selling books. I think you need to go into a lot more detail about the benefits and the drawbacks of the information in the books. Even if you did this, I’m not sure that the link would be accepted.

I believe that Rupert was referring to the picture at the top of the article when he asked you if you had permission to use it. You need to state the name of the photographer and the license of the photo to show that it’s okay to use the image in your article.

The commercial link is selling the books that go with the program.  You gp thrpugh the books in the counselling sessions.  The first pictue I do not have any onformation about.    What other grammatical errors are there?  Need to know that as I do not see them at all and I have been through it many times with spell checker.  I get most of my photos on a free grapic site  https://openclipart.org/
I will just choose another graphic for my page.

              Hi Debra,

You can't add commercial links apart from Amazon.

Images must have a citation to show they have the correct license. You might try Pexels or Unsplash. With those sites, you can copy the necessary information and add it to the image capsule.

I have to say that your suggestions about playing board and card games might not appeal to today's young marrieds. You know what they're like... all phones and iPads.

You need to sign up for the free version of Grammarly and enable it in your browser. That way, it will catch the most obvious problems as you type.

I do understand that you have sight and typing problems, I read your other article. But you have to remember that HubPages needs to present quality articles and can't make allowances because errors are errors. Perhaps a personal blog would be a better fit for you?

You haven't yet corrected the bit about the Love and Marriage song.

Edit: you asked about grammatical errors.

Subtitle: Love Can Make You Happy Mercy. Should be 'by Mercy'.

Shouldn't this phrase be the other way around? "...and do unto yourself as you will do to the other in your marriage."

There are several capitalisation errors throughout, such as 'Back Bone'.

"See most men think it is all the women's faults..." should be "See, most men think it is all the woman's fault..."

"Pagans were and are still known as Country-Folk and shared many holiday's and some celebrations." You're going off on a tangent here so I would cut that out. In any case, 'country-folk' doesn't need to be capitalized and there's no apostrophe in 'holidays'.

I would also suggest that the article needs to be longer. You raise some good points and they could be expanded on. The paragraph about sickness is a bit muddled but you could work on that and give some examples of someone not sharing they are worried about something. It's fine to make them up if it illustrates the point.

You have a nice cosy way of writing. You come across as someone who genuinely cares. So please don't give up. There are many ways to sort out the typing issue, but try Grammarly first.

I do know how Hubpages works as I was here for 10 years before I had to take my break when I got really sick and why I am still dealing with this crap.  I do have graMMWERLY AND SPEKKIBG ON MY GOOGLE PAGES AND WRITING STUFF WHICH i USE.  sTILL DOES NOT COME UP WITH MISTAKES IN SPELLING OR GRAMMAR.  i CHANGE THE PICTURE AND THE WORDS AND THE LINK AND WILL CHANGE THAT LINK AGAIN SOON.  i AM THINKING OF TAKING THE YOUTUBE WITH lOVE AND mARRIGE OFF OF THE HUB AS IT IS CAUSING SO MUCH NEGATIVE STUFF.  i AM GOING TO UNPUBLISH TO DO THE MORE EDITS THIS WEEKEND.  mY HUSBAND IS ON-CALL ALL WEEKEND AND TONIGHT AS WELL AND THAT IS USUALLY WHEN i WRITE AND WORK BUT i AM TIRED OF ALL THIS STUFF THAT i CAN'T GET TO HAPPEN.  nEVER HAVE i HAD THIS MUCH STUFF ABOUT A HUB EVEN WHEN i WROTE HERE SEVERAL YEARS BEFORE AND HAVE COME BACK.  rEMINDS ME OF THE SOMEONE i LEFT HERE ABOUT WHEN i WAS ASKED TO GIVE INFORMATION FOR HER HUB TO WORK AND HE CALLED ME A BULLY AND TOLD THAT SITE DOWN WHICH HAD NOTHING to do with all that.....oh and sometimes my cap lock key turnrs ond.  There was anoth hub that they pulled and told me that is was exactly like another's and I talked to them and there was 3 others too that had similar hubs.  Got tired of the lies and took my hubs with me.  Had a few ask me where I went and that I took my hub about Hollow Earth down and they wished I left it here.  So I do know some moderators that do above and beyond what they should be doing.  I am a minister too and someone tried to get me fired from that in the group thing.  I had tow people follow me everywhere to do just that.  Tired of fighting and if need be will unpublish if for a while just like I did with another hubs I just wrote.  They said it was spammy but I took all that stuff out and they still will not give it the audience.  So it is still here just not published.'Than You.

You can't italicize the links in the Videos.  It will not let you.  I did change the link in the article though.  I did a spell and grammar check on my whole article and it says there isn't any.  I can only go by that.

I fixed all the stuff you told me about and I deleted all the things about my marriage and still they don't have it featured.  I thought I was writing about something good that turned out to be something horrible.  If it is not featured, oh well.  I tried everything   I will give it to the end of todday and then just unpublish it.  Thanks for all your help.

I don't know if this even matters due to the massive number of typos and spelling errors, but for your own edification, the song "Love and Marriage" did not come out with Married With Children. That song predates the show by a good 30 years.

If you have problems with spelling, and Lord knows I make tons of mistakes with my clumsy, impatient typing technique, consider using a browser extension such as Grammarly to help you find errors before you hit publish.

There are still typos and misspellings, and as noted previously, the song "Love and Marriage" predates the TV show of the same name by more than 30 years.

Lady G, you 'did a spell and grammar checker on (your) whole article, and it says there isn't any' spelling mistakes or grammar error? Wrong.

Online grammar and spell checkers that are not regularly update can give a wrong impression. Believe me you. Common sense is the rule.
No online grammar and spelling checker can give you the correct rendering always.

I run Grammarly and writing tool, along with ProWritingAid on my stories regularly, and it's a pity that on the next subsequent checking some errors still exists.

When I read through this your 'True Devotion' article, today, I thought you're writing a blog post. And, also that you're writing in a local slang, as the read reads very interestedly.

Nevertheless, I found certain issues like 'th' which I take to be 'the', a spelling or keyboard typo. Sorry, I can't go through all the others.

My suggestion is that you format the read according to Hubpages' magazine standard. Write in simple common sense British or American standard English.
