I have been reading a few Hubs that suggested using Pinterest to drive traffic, but I'm not clear in if I can post my actual article there or what. Can some clarify this for me.
Go to your article. On the images, you'll see a Pinterest button. Just click and pin on one of your boards.
Pinterest is for images, not articles. You can post a photo from your hub there, and if attracts people's interest, they click on it and get taken to your article.
As long as your hubs and pictures attached don't violate any Pinterest policies share away. I doubt they would, but it is something to remember.
If you want to use Pinterest to get more views, I would learn more about how Pinterest boards and search works as this would help.
I personally did not get any significant views out sharing my work on Pinterest, but I am not exactly trying that hard either.
The idea is you have a good picture on your hub. You then give Pinterest the hub link and choose the picture you think looks best and then other people see it. They then may interact with the picture and be taken to your hub.
This guide is very helpful and I have read it and tried (somewhat) to follow the advice offered.

I give! I've searched the first 3 or 4 pages of "Getting Help" Forum and I've read the entire Link's Capsule section in the Learning Center (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/using-hubtool). That Hub, by the way, has a large number of Quick Links in it. How do you create a list of topics...

When I use the f button on the hub, it posts to my timeline, but without the blurb. When I use the url to post on a facebook group page, the picture won't show up. All that...
