My article is on creating jewelry with wine bottle corks. Photos show Christmas and Halloween jewelry. How the H... can HP recommend the following hubs?

    1) What do men think of pubic hair on women.
    2) Do women like body hair in men?
    3) Liver Pain:location,causes and treatment.
$)Fast cash for kids! 17 jobs kids can do to earn money

1 out of 4 isn't bad. But this is ridiculous.  I do deserve HP's one cent a day. HP has gone to the dogs and I'm getting out.
I will not be responsible for children trying to learn to make jewelry while looking at headlines talking about pubic hair!
One by one I'm removing my hubs. They can take the $30 I' ve earned over the past 4 years and put it where the sun don't shine.

I did figure out what is causing it ! My title says"Wine Bottle corks". I removed the word "wine" and the recommendations are now clean. The system or whatever was picking up on the word "wine" and recommending adult material.

Except I published a hub on wounds in horses and one of the recommended articles was the one about pubic hair in women. I certainly did not consider my article to be adult material!

Put back the wine in your title, that's not the reason. It was a faulty implementation of a feature they are trying.

Don’t be too hasty, because it may be a temporary ordeal. Think of all the work you put into your articles. Do you really want to wipe out all that effort? Stick around for a bit longer till HP gets it fixed.

You may want to check this thread out: https://hubpages.com/community/forum/34 … t-the-heck

I do not see recommended articles just related and popular. Weird. I thought it was an issue fixed before I got online, but you just saw this stuff.

EDIT: These issues are usually fixed up quickly, tech faults do arise, so don't be too hasty to delete your stuff, unless you want to for some other reasons.

I doubt it was a tech issue.  Those were paid for advertising spots.

I had #1 on one or two of my articles. Also HIV/STD images of rashes.

Edit: I think I saw #4 too about making money.

I can't see recommended articles either but I doubt if those kinds of links to unrelated articles do anything for Google's site quality assessment.

Similarly, poor quality ads will have an impact. This article is old now but still relevant, I reckon:
