   To write for HubPages you need to have near-perfect command of English, your article demonstrates some deficiencies.
   
   Medical articles are a tricky area. You need to have qualifications in the topic you are writing about; I don't think studying pharmacology is sufficient when writing about kidney stones.
   
   Images have to be Creative Commons licensed.
   
   Articles have to be a minimum of 750 words long

   I dont think the English is as much as a problem as the lack of content. If you want to write on Hubpages your articles have to contain some useful information. This short article could have been written by a high school student with doing a report on kidney stones.
   If you are really interested in this subject, you could write about natural cures for kidney stones, traditional treatments for kidney stones, how to withstand the pain of a kidney stone, etc, etc.
   And, as Rupert points out, unless you have some medical background, and are writing on a site like WebMd, this is not going to do well even if approved.
   My advice? Delete this and start over. I cannot speak for everyone here but I have deleted over 50 articles that did not do well/were beyond saving.

   Don't be discouraged, but do think hard about areas where you have special experience, experitize or insight.  My best performing hub is on a tiny little issue but apparently very few people have posted online about it.  Finding a topic with less competition is often important for success.

   There is one thing in your article which is new to me, I did not know that the excess of uric acid is also one of the causes of kidney stones. I agree with all the previous comments. Better delete the article and write afresh.
   As an option write this article in the first person or as a personal experience of the patient which might have inspired you to write. This topic has been widely covered online. Write something new about it, which nobody knows.
