    Hello everyone!
I just received an email stating that my article has been snipped. I believe they removed the Amazon capsule which would allow ppl to buy my book. I thought hubpages encouraged that. Is it that they only encourage the selling of products that benefit advertisers or... I'm not sure, but I'm guessing they don't want me benefitting? Don't want to break any rules! Thank you!

You can't self-promote at HubPages. I think it's a bit of a shame when someone has written a book. After all, it's the ultimate user experience... and HP does say, when linking to Amazon, that the writer needs to have personal experience of the item being linked to.

Unfortunately, they would see a link to your own book as self-promotion. Impressed by the 451 pages, by the way.

      Best of luck with it.

Also, forgive my ignorance, but what is a letter pile and a network site?

Thanks Will. I'm guessing Amazon gave that number 'cause I don't think I did. ☺

I did wonder, lol. Amazon reckoned 451 kindle pages with the kindle set up to deliver book-sized pages.Tolstoy would have been proud of that total.

I reckon I could do it with a few indecisive characters. A couple of hundred pages of "ums" and couple of hundred "ers" and there you are. Just fifty left to interpose the questions that resulted in such profound aporia.

Well, you're almost there with that post alone. Lol. I'm reasonably sure you're the first person who has ever used the word "aporia" in a forum post so if any one can do it, surely it's you!
