    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

      Hi there,

The main problem with the article is that your English is not yet up to the standard required by HubPages. If you could get someone with a little expertise in English grammar to go through the article and make suggestions, it might be helpful. Meanwhile, I have some other ideas:

You aren't writing for 'hubbers'. You are writing for a worldwide audience. Neither are you writing blog posts; they are stand-alone articles that should be search engine friendly.

Titles should be in title case, not upper case. Same when you refer to Zipf's Law.

The content of the article doesn't really fit the title. The section on biryani is too short and relies on the graph. You don't explain the breakdown of the data.

Don't use 'lol' and multiple exclamation marks. Don't include things like 'see you guys in my next blog'. The writing is supposed to be professional.

If you haven't yet, spend some time researching the platform at the Learning Center. Click on Help, top right of any page to navigate there.

      Welcome and good luck.

Okay, well, it's always a good idea to research the platform before leaping in. HubPages consists of a network of sites, each with a broad topic. It's a professional, magazine-style site with a high standard in the quality of writing. It's possible to get your article to be featured with less-than-good English, but the article will not be moved to the network where the traffic is better and thus earnings are higher.

Also, you are 18 or over, aren't you? You can't have an account here if you are under 18.

Read the FAQs (click on Help) and the Terms of Use (bottom of the page).

    ...see how annoying that is?

Theraggededge pretty well covered everything else. Anything I might add would simply be piling on.
