    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: What to do: Infant/Baby Constipation

I think a major problem is that you are advertising Amazon products without reviewing those products based on your own experience with them.

I also think you should add a "References" section at the end of the article to support each of your recommendations, even though you've provided quotes from medical sites. You should also choose one of the disclaimers that HubPages provides, since you've written about a health topic.

In addition, I think you need to be careful about your recommendations. For example, the recommended dose for molasses and honey in your link appears to be for adults, not babies.

      Good luck.

If you have no relevant medical qualifications, the very first thing you should mention is that, if the parent is concerned, they should contact a medical professional.

I agree with Alicia, too many Amazon links. Check out our guidelines and find out how to appropriately endorse a product in an article. You have spelling and punctuation errors.

For example, in the first paragraph is the sentence: A parent's first instinct is to do all they can to help relieve their pain, a parent would do anything just to see a happy smile cross the face of their sweet baby.  The word "cross" is incorrect. It should be "across."

I think as well as what others have said some of what you recommend isn't suitable for smaller babies. This is probably not a good topic unless you are a medical professional.

I did mention in the beginning and in the article that I am not a medical professional. I will go through this again and edit thank you

Ashly, Not being a medical professional still requires the responsibility of knowing what is safe and not safe to take with citing your sources.
