Info Barrel

   I'm thinking of joining Info Barrel but before doing so I'd like to know:
   1. Does it work, is it worth joining?.
   2. Does it pay out outside of the United States? EHow for example
   only pays U.S. citizens at the moment and I live in Spain.

      I wrote a hub on info barrel comparing it with hubpages. You could find it with a search.
      
      I use infobarrel for links to my hubpages and to see what other people are doing- infobarrel lets you see peoples visitor numbers. Because of this I would never publish a page which I though had real potential there. It would quickly be copied.
      
      Infobarrel will get a page up the SERPs as well as Hubpages does. And it gives 75% of adsense earnings as opposed to 60% here. The only things I don't like are the privacy thing and the interface which is a  trickier than Hubpages.

      It's monetized via Adsense, so yes, it can pay out whereever you are in the world.
      
      
      
      
      I've only got a few articles up so I'm not really seeing anything happen. I am concerned though that my ad impressions in my Adsense stats are way lower than the page views reported at Infobarrel. Maybe I've missed something. I'll have to go over the numbers again and see if I've read it wrong.
      
      I haven't paid too much attention to it at the moment because it's just one of those sites I play around with on the side.
      
      I have a very short review on Infobarrel I wrote while killing some time in a hospital cafeteria. It's a quick overview of what they're after and what you can expect.
      
      I'm looking forward to Sunforged's assault on the site and seeing how he goes.

   Infobarrel gets lots of good reviews for those who are good ad adsense optimized topics
   
   Not as good for other affiliate options.
   
   This is me regurgitating reviews ive read from good sources.
   
   Also a good source for building backlinks to your hubs
   
   Once I hit 100 hubs on this account, Im taking a hiatus
   from hubs to put up 100 infobarrels
   
   ill let you know in a few months how it goes
   
   In short, its a reputable enough service to be worth a try
