Anyone else getting broken link reports for YT videos but they are working?

Yes, I am. Since clicking on "Retest" doesn't solve the problem, I've been clicking on "Ignore" once I've checked that a video works.

Everyone, Thank you for your replies. I clicked on "ignore" this morning, and that should work. Fingers are crossed.

Hi. I checked my links on 'Health Benefits of Various Herbal Teas,'
there does not seem to be broken links. What do I do now?

You are fine. You don't need to do anything. Based on other comments, I believe it was a glitch in the system. It has nothing to do with the writers. The glitch is no longer happening.

I just noticed that it seems to be the YouTube links. Tested them and they all seem to be working. Just hit ignore.

I am getting a few and like AliciaC said, the retest button doesn't seem to fix the issue.  I'll be going back to try the "Ignore" button.

Me too. This issue popped up a few months ago and was eventually fixed. Now its back.

My main concern with this is that editors sometimes go in and delete videos that are broken, which is a good idea if they really are. But I hope they are paying attention and won't delete without checking to see if it works or not first.

I got a bunch of YouTube warnings this morning all over my account, but after checking a half dozen or so of the links they all seemed to be in working order, so I decided not to make myself nuts updating them all. I hit "ignore" on the rest.

That would certainly be an easier process, but last time this happened and this time I found one video in the list that genuinely didn't work.

And, I've been wasting time finding replacements for the little rascals that are flagged when I could have focussed on recipes to make rutabagas palatable.

Last time this happened I didn't know it was a glitch so I went through every single hub and replaced dozens of videos with ones that didn't flag a warning.

Fast forward to now ... and I haven't had a single broken link warning on YouTube videos smile

It would be interesting to know from those of you who have had broken link reports both times, were the same videos flagged each time?

I updated one, and it went back to reporting broken. I hit ignore on all of them.

I'm not completely certain because I had so many videos to check last time, but I don't believe the flagged links were the same this time.

Oh well, that puts paid to my theory of particular videos being somehow more vulnerable to this glitch.

What a nifty scheme, click Ignore and the problem goes away. Can I use the same approach with Donald Trump?

Yes, I have also received the same notification. I deleted some of them. Then in another article, I found that they were working on Youtube, but not in HubPages.

I only had one. The warning seems to have gone away now.

I'm having the same problem. After verifying the link works, I hit retest and it's still saying its a bad link.

The best thing to do is to click the "ignore" button.
