In addition to some of the grammatical issues already noted, your hub introduces too many unfamiliar and difficult terms at the beginning. It will make most readers leave immediately.
I assume that your hub is aimed at people unfamiliar with the festival, who belong to a different culture. In fact, the audience for articles on Hubpages and its niche sites is mainly from North American and to some extent Great Britain and Australia and New Zealand, so to most of your potential readers, terms like Thrikkarthika, kerala, Karthika deepam","Karthika vilakku" and so on. are difficult and unfamiliar. If you use them you have to make sure to introduce them and explain them in a user friendly way. Put yourself in their shoes. How would you want someone in the West to explain one of their social or religious customs to you?
Hi Nisha, add an interesting bio about yourself in the Hubpagess profile. Let it add some value to your profile and make the readers follow your hubs. If you want to know more reply me.
Your English is not yet up to the standard that HubPages requires. You may be able to get it featured but it won't be transferred to a network site where it will attract traffic and earnings. Therefore, if you want to become a successful HP author, I suggest you work on improving your English writing skills.
There are many glaring grammar mistakes in the text. Particularly:
1) Capitalization. All names must be capitalized; this is a basic English rule
3) Punctuation. (A space after all commas, please)
4) Use of articles such as "the"
While content is not lost, such mistakes project a low level of professionalism. As in, you didn't bother to proofread before publishing. As theraggededge highlighted, you also wouldn't be able to get into a niche site. That's are where the real traffic is.
Almost 120 false notifications this morning. This has been going on and off for about a month. It's almost as if they had given me the job of fixing it.
yes sir. Please guide me how can i present my article in more reader friendly way?

I read on here that articles that aren't moved to the niche sites don't get as much live as those on the niche sites.Would it be wise to continue writing here knowing there's the possibility of that happening, although I try to make my articles optimized in the hopes it will pull in some traffic...
