Why are my links greyed out?

I'm mote than a little ticked off.

I returned to HubPages after a long absence thanks to a computer that kept exploding,

So I go and find that one of my top pages https://exemplore.com/wicca-witchcraft/ … ally-Works has been moved to something called "Exemplore"

BUT this article was part of a series of articles and works interactively with them. AND the links to those articles are greyed out in edit mode and don't show up. Nor does my link to my book which helps explain how to USE the article.

I suppose they think getting on "exemplore" is some kind of perk, but it's ticking me off, How do I FIX my page?

It's good that your article has been moved. The problem is that you can't have links pointing 'backwards' to HubPages. It's fine when they go the other way, i.e. from HP to Exemplore (or other network site).

The best fix is to get your other related hubs also moved to Exemplore. You can submit one every 14 days.

Check out the articles on my profile to see how it works. Look for the one that mentions 'Resources'.

Edit: great article, by the way. Right up my street smile

Thanks for the compliment on my article smile

Sadly I don't think moving the rest of the articles to Exemplore is an option. That site seems to be pagan/metaphysicial articles only.

The rest of the series/other related advice is all practical relationship advice with zero spell casting information.

I suppose I COULD add in some spells/ baths etc but honestly I think that cheapens the central spell (a very simple affirmation) that is used here.

IMO the MAJOR work of any spell is getting yourself in the right headspace to use it. The other articles are about that - examining the ways in which we block love from coming into our lives, and taking action AFTER the spell to have  chance to meet MR/MS Right.

But I don't think they'd count as metaphysical.

It doesn't make any difference *which* network site they go to. Think of hubpages.com as a sort of holding place. The network sites are a level up. So, no problem linking at the same level, or from below up. Just not from network site back down to HP.

It's all because of the penalties that Google imposed on HP.com.

So perhaps your relationship articles belong on PairedLife? You don't have to worry about which site, just submit to the most likely one and the editors will make a decision.

You really do want to get them moved - the money is much better big_smile
