I was trying to reply to a comment on one of my articles and when I hit the reply button, it jumped to the top of the page and did not post the comment. I went back to try again and noticed that it hadn't registered any of the characters I had typed in, it still said 0 of 8192 characters used.
Now there isn't even an option to reply!
Also comments are not showing up in the comments tab of "Articles" on my stats page. I have gotten several emails about new comments to my articles, but when I click on the tab, there's nothing there.
Usually the solution to these sort of transient problems is to "turn it off and turn it back on again". So maybe clear your cache first by selecting "history" from the top of screen menu or three bar menu, then reload the page. If that doesn't work, close down the browser and restart it. As a last resort, try rebooting your computer/device.

If I view my account's Comments page, it's easy to view, approve and respond to unapproved comments. However, if I go to a new comment in one of my hubs and click Approve, I cannot reply to it directly on the comment. Instead, I have to go to my main Comments page and find the now approved comment...

Try as I might, I can't respond to any comments in my hubs. I can add a new comment, but I can't directly reply to comments. I sign out and then sign back in, both on HP and the niche sites.How can I interact with my readers if I can't respond?
