The person who posts those tells us to let it be. Hubpages does not want to remove them and put on the topical forums.
There is nothing else to do about it. I think it is just best to ignore them.
I remember now and re-post a suggestion I made at the time which has been ignored by staff.

What worries me is that the forum entries are
a) diminishing in frequency
b) becoming increasingly boring and irrelevant to HP
c) most previously dedicated members have given up and no longer participate in the forum
A lack of feedback from staff also plays a major part in the decline of the forum.
I suggested that the quotes be posted in one single continuous thread - nice and tidy like

Really? This is supposed to be where people can talk about HP and writing, but it is full of inconsequential nonsense and spammers. Surely HP moderators, you can do something about this? There must be a place for quotes and games on the Topical forums?Please clean it up and move 'Freeform' over to...

It looks like a fourth of my feed lately is comprised of new people wanting the rest of us to tell them how to write. All day I get request after request for help on passing the Quality Assessment. I mean Really? Many of your requests are just one step above being a jumble of mis-spelled words...

I was just curious. I have not seen a lot of hubbers that have been here at Hubpages for over two years..perhaps they are too busy hubbing away!

I doubt the links in the forum posts carry much weightage in anyway. Therefore, I suggest that all links here be no-followed.Reasons:Other than normal chit chat one of the main posts include those of content thieves. People don't break up the links so as to prevent them from forming and why should...
