    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. I received the generic email saying it didn't pass quality standards.  I don't know if it is because this is a time-sensitive issue or if there is something I am overlooking.

Hi. Here are some things that I noticed.

You say that steroids may be contraindicated for COVID-19. I don’t see a reference for this fact in your article. Many asthmatics depend on corticosteroids to reduce or eliminate their symptoms, including me. Your statement could discourage some people from using their steroid inhalers or tablets, which might be dangerous.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus doesn’t cause flu. Influenza viruses do this.

You need to make sure that you give authoritative references for each of the claims in your article, including the claims about the helpful effects of various substances and light.

Your also need to make sure that the references match your claims. For example, you say that the first article in the references section describes why light units and oils are helpful, but it doesn’t discuss these topics. It talks about nanoparticles instead. The UV lamp article mentioned in your second reference is concerned with flu viruses, not coronaviruses. In addition, articles that focus on the antifungal and antibacterial effects of oils aren’t relevant because the disease that is currently a concern is caused by a virus. As I expect you know, a virus is a different type of entity.

You repeat some sentences in the references section, which seems strange.

You need to describe your personal experience with the specific Amazon product that you are trying to sell. The links to the company that sells infrared lamps could also be a problem.
