Here is my article: 5 Essential Tips for a Telephonic Interview (must be signed in to view)
Hi there,
Why have you used the word 'telephonic' instead of 'telephone'? Which term do you think people will be searching for, telephonic interview or telephone interview? Change 'telephonic' to 'telephone' or 'phone' all the way through.
Remove the word 'introduction'.
Try to avoid the ubiquitous and very boring 'in the world today' type of intro. All new writers do it and it makes me go 'argh!'. Your introductory paragraph is the one chance you have of grabbing your reader's attention and keep them reading. Get rid of the boring nonsense. It is meaningless waffle.
You say, "Many job seekers on the verge of a job search often do not qualify in the telephonic rounds despite bringing the best on to the table." so that makes me think you are going to give me some tips on getting through to that level of interview. But you don't. So that sentence is unnecessary.
Don't write in abbreviations, such as w.r.t.. Write it in full.
Read out loud and try to cut down on unnecessary words. For example, in your fifth tip, you could say, "Employers expect you to have researched the job and the organisation. Be prepared to ask at least three questions relating to the role you are applying for." No need to write 'three in number'.
The article is a little short, try to find some more tips and advice. You could add some content relating to the point I made about not many people get through to the telephone stage. However more content does not mean more waffle.
Delete the subtitle, 'conclusion'. Use a proper subtitle that relates to the topic. All subtitles are opportunities to use a little seo.

Good luck.
