         But they are not fake at all. I shared my article's link on 2 platforms and this is what I got as a response. This is the result of my hard work and time that I put in creating it.
         It is absolutely fine if you don't like it

            It doesn't matter whether I like it or not. But those are not good quality comments, so they are not helping your article get featured.
            
            Good advice is to have people remark on the actual contents of the article and to ask questions. Actual sentences and, hopefully discussion. Lots of comments saying 'good article' are just pointless and look fake.
            
            Edit: Also you need to state your qualifications for offering health advice in your article bio.
            
            For example: "If you want to get rid of mental illness, all you need to do is "Meditation". " Are you a qualified mental health specialist?

      Hi, this article contain lots of information that are not well develop. So, i cannot say it is healthy. Why not write on one aspect of health like mental health, physical health(exercise), nutritional health, and develop the theme further? Instead, you treat each aspect piece meal.                              Surprisedly, 99.9% of the comments in an article like this format cannot be real. I think you should visit the learning center soon. They you learn how to write better quality articles, that pass through QAP and make your articles featured.     Much of luck.

      Even if you improve this article, it will never earn much because this topic is saturated.  There are thousands and thousands of articles already published on health.  You should take Miebakagh57's suggestion and find one partucular health aspect and write about that.  Make sure that it is something that you have personal experience with and can give a unique perspective on.  Reading "umpteen" books does not make you an expert on health.  I have read hundreds of books on history but that does not make me an historian.
