That link at the end is a major issue. HP does not permit promotion of other sites. I.e. no backlinking.

Maya, I like your article, because I like to practise yoga for good health benefit.  Here are few problems.                One, Yoga Improves(not improves) Respiration/ Yoga Strenghten(not strenghten) Immunity. I mean your subheadings should all be consistently in the APA sytle.        Two, this article I think is less than 750 words. Improve it to 1000 words.              You can do this by adding additional capsules like. "The Merits of Yoga" and  "Demerits of Yoga" Finally, you conclude the story with another subheading, called the. "Conclusion"        One more thing: how about engaging your readers in a poll? And here's a plus, add a clear photo.      Edit: remove the link in the article as. Cyong suggested. Also the bold print at the beginning should be in normal character. Much thanks.

Maya, I notice you've made suggestive changes.              However, the last paragraph is too long and contain more than one sub-heading.       You've got to separate them "short and sweet."   Hence, the breakdown: ¤Yoga and Ayurveda.    ¤Eating Mitahara or Sattivic Foods.   ¤Practice   of Yoga.                   Here's what to do:              . Open two windows on your laptop/computer, Hubpages in your browser and word document parallel to each other.        Now, copy and paste the part not related to yoga and ayurveda on the blank word doc. Then insert two seperate text capsule for the remain subhead. Click edit, then copy, paste and saved each content that relates to our sub-title. For example, the sleep story comes under practice of yoga.  You were yet to add a conclusion.    Finally, go through the article and eliminate repetitions. The word "and" repeats more than twice when mentioning more than four or five items. Once is enough.
