    Here are some points that you need to change. You need to remove the links to your website. We aren't allowed to promote our sites in our articles. You also need to add authoritative references to your article. This is very important because you are giving advice to pregnant women. Titles and subtitles should be written in title case. The title and the first subtitle should be different.

    Hi there,

    Two main problems:

    1. You cannot promote your blog or website, so those links will have to go.

    2. You are talking about nutrients, not food, therefore your title is inaccurate. There are many sources of those nutrients in many different foods, so there are no such things as 'essential foods'.

    You need to get your facts correct - there is not usually a great deal of protein in fruit and vegetables, although one particular group of plant foods do contain significant levels: legumes. You don't mention them in that section. You say meat and fish have a 'fair amount' of protein, coming in after fruit and vegetables. In fact meat, fish and eggs are the major sources of protein for most non-vegetarian humans.

    Not all cereal is created equal. Some kinds are 'empty'. Which are you referring to? Read through the article as it seems you have mixed some bits up. For example, you later mention beans having protein under the section 'Iron'.

    Talking of iron, what about dark green leafy vegetables as a major source?

    You've got quite a lot of work to do here to make this a useful resource. Additionally, pregnancy nutrition is a very competitive topic. So to be successful, your work needs to be perfectly written and 100% accurate.
