    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: Mental Stress (must be signed in to view)

"One you share your problem," what's that? It should be "Once..." right? Re-read your article for such grammatical errors.                            I also noted your subheadings were not consistently in the APA style.

Your article looks better every time I look at it. There are a few language errors left, but I think the most important thing that you should do now is add authoritative references for the health and nutrition claims that you've made.

I think you should also be careful with your wording. For example, stress can cause an asthma attack in some people, but it's not the fundamental cause of asthma. The underlying cause is thought to be a genetic predisposition combined with sensitivity to an environmental factor.

I think the english language is just about the wildest adventure ride there is. I applaud you for taking it on in your writing. This article is well-timed, and I like the subtopics and advice you've included, though I haven't practiced any of them well myself.

If I might suggest something using your first tip:

"One of the most important factors to keep away yourself from mental stress is to follow a proper routine. The healthy routine does not only helps you to get a healthy lifestyle but also helps you to get a disciplined and managed life. A healthy routine must include a nutrient diet, exercise daily, and getting enough sleep. Anyways try to make a routine chart one night before so that you can easily execute the next day without any procrastination."

Try reading the entire article out loud. If it doesn't flow well as you read it, you may need to reorganize and/or rephrase your wording a bit.
    For example,
"One of the most important factors in avoiding mental stress is following a proper daily routine. The proper routine helps you manage a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. A healthy routine is one that includes a nutritious diet, daily exercise, and the proper amount of uninterrupted sleep. Plan your day the night before, with a chart if necessary, so that you can execute your routine completely."

That's my suggestion. Great advice in your article. I'll be trying some of your suggestions myself! Carry on.
