I would like to write an article and post a link somewhere to my FB page can I do that?
Yes you can. You can't post the article, but a link to it is fine.
You can link to your facebook profile from your HubPages profile. Edit your profile and you will see fields to enter your other profile links, such as Facebook, Twitter, and others.
You can post a link to your article on most social media platforms. If you choose to post to a group, make sure that it isn't in violation of the group's rules.
Yes, you can. I am doing it. You can share it even on Twitter, Instagram, or anywhere else.
You can't write an article and include a link in it to your FB page. Self promotion isn't permitted.
