Links can be added in text modules, so what's different about link capsules?

Hi, eubug. link capsules are used to treat bacteria infection in the body, it is known for its antibiotic that stops the bacterial production. There are advanced technology of link capsules that are used, such as the link capsule that treats inflammatory bowel disease of unexplained bleeding in the small intestine, such as Crohn's disease. This use of link capsule is known as the Capsule Endoscopy, a technology that uses a swallowed video capsule to take photographs of the inside of the esophagus, stomach, and small intestine. You can read more information on the diagnostics and other related questions of this specific link capsule. https://atm.amegroups.com/article/view/14410/14973

Oh yeah, Lincomycin capsules. I don't think they were the ones I meant.

My bad, the question was relating to bullet text Links, lol. I'm a Medical Assistant, I thought you was refering to a medical term. Sorry.

They are automatically listed in bullets, the text will be hyperlinked for you, and the preview text from the page can populate right beneath the link.

I've never really used link capsules, Samantha. I guess I could use them for my Sources/Further Reading sections. Does Maven/HP recommend their use? I mean, are they purely optional, or preferable?

It's totally up to you. But as you can see in my example below, having the link capsule allows for the description to appear directly below the hyperlinked title—without any white space. With the general text capsule, you have to put the description in the same paragraph. It also auto-populates to include the correct title and preview text, which I find handy.

            Hi Samantha,

Thank you for this information. I notice that when I use the link capsule, I get a style warning that suggests my article may not remain featured.

Is this because I am using it incorrectly? I edited out the summaries.

            Thank you!

I've never used them either. I was thinking the same thing about using them for references. Google seems to like bullet lists too.

I use them to link to new articles on a related topic: Suggested Further Reading.  That usually immediately ads 30-40 consistent views to the new hub, while it matures over the next year or two.

Is this something that is allowed on niche sites? I usually modify some content on existing hubs to interlink to any new hubs for the same reason.

They were there when they were moved to the niche sites, and these articles have been edited 5 times already with no problems.  Maybe I just made a problem for myself lol.
