HI, to our community of poets and creative writers,
Brenda Arledge, a beautiful poetess on HubPages is providing us word prompts for the last 13 weeks. She is helping many people to bring out their hidden creativity skills. I just thought to google about the prompt challenges she is providing for so long. The results are amazing.
Below are two screenshots one from Yahoo and the other one is from Google.
These search results are from Spain. I would appreciate if anyone would like to share the search from their country. We people are Just Rocking, yay!!
I can see the list of works from poets on Google. Mine was 2nd... lol.. let me praise myself too.
Cheers to the poets and creative writers
All of her personal and public accounts pop up on page 1 for me when googling her name, although I'm not sure why morbid curiosity has driven me to take part in this. I like Brenda, but this was strange, lol!
Lol!
Type in Hubpages Brenda's prompts.
That should get you passed all that other info.
Then check your name out also
Haha, if I search that way. I am out of the list... Lol
Let me stay in!!
Nope. You are listed as the second one.
At least here in the United States
Misbah
Type it into search on hubpages.
They are all there.
Wow. I'm so proud if everyone
For so long HubPages search bar doesn't work for me. See
Don't know why it doesn't work for me?
I should write to HP about this, I think...
What search results do you get when you simply type the words, "word prompts"?
I don't get any links to Discover or LetterPile.
Whenever I type in a search using my name or penname, the entire first page is either full of my work or comments I've made. The true test for a search result is to make it something a user would actually place in the search bar.
I'm not discounting Brenda's effect on the community. She's done an awesome job of getting poets motivated. Kudos to her for that!
Thanks a lot, Shauna. I appreciate your response. The sole purpose of creating this forum is to praise creative writers and poets. New and old both. I have seen many hubbers who have polished their poetic skills because of her prompts including me. I appreciate her efforts
Blessings
Misbah
I hadn't looked at this yet!.
Everyone is doing great. You are right up there on mine too.

A few of us poets and creative writers have come up with the idea of creating our own website specifically for all forms of creative writing. The catalyst for this is HubPages decision to create niche websites for various subjects. However they have stated that poetry and creative writing will not...

Some new changes have been made and a lot of you may be affected with regards to your work.. Google Panda has drastically decreased the traffic flowing to HubPages which is why HubPages is re-evaluating the content of Hubs. Visit this link to read more about...

This one is going to be fun! What I've observed on the forums is that there are a few, kind of unwritten cliques of hubbers who consider themselves 'experts' in almost everything and kind of try to 'educate' newcomers as if one must submit before them because these veteran hubbers have won Nobel...

Write a Hub that is outside your comfort zone in 2015. (If you normally write informative articles, try a short story or poem. If you're a creative writer, consider a tutorial or explanation Hub.)This above sentence was copied from the Weekly hub news we received today. I started writing on...

I just read a Hub that said that the author was going to go to the freelance website and pay people to write articles for him that he would put on HubPages to make himself money from. That can't be okay with the HubPages site, is it? A couple of people commented, including an author that I have...

I would move all creating writing out of HP. No site can be everything to everyone. Give featured pages a niche site without any further selection.I have a feeling that in the early days of HP when every page was useful for SEO purposes (megasites had huge SEO advantages) then creative writing made...
