    Hello Beautiful souls,

    I Need guidance

Have you ever experienced an editorial queue? If yes, can you please tell how much time the editors take to edit an article?
Is it better to work on the article myself or should I let the editors do it, as they say the queue is long and can take time.
    Thanks a lot

Just be patient and wait. If you do the editing yourself you'll end up at the bottom of the queue again.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion, Titia. Yes, I think it's better to wait for the editors to do it.
        Much appreciated

Misbah, at most it can take a week, or even weeks.                                                                 But realise that you're not alone in submiting an article. Probably me and two others plus are queying up before you.                                                 Your turn will come at the right time.

There is a wait. I have one in the queue with a note to contact them in a month to gently remind them or ask for an update.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience, Kenna - Much appreciated. I didn't get any note, but they gave me two options

      1) to wait for the editors to make an edit
      2) to do it myself

      Blessings and Peace

Only received this a couple of times, I think.

Once it took over a month. The most recent time, it was less than a week.

The best is just to leave the article alone and wait. You don't want to be undoing changes, or adding to the need for.

Yes Misbah I have couple of articles sitting in editing queue for the past 10 days. I guess the best option is to leave the article and wait .

Just be patient, and work on something else DO NOT edit that one though, it'll push it to the bottom of their list.

Thanks, Keira. I was also afraid to edit it. Maybe the changes what I will make won't be the changes the editors are demanding. Thanks for your suggestions. I appreciate
