Okay, Samantha, who is no longer with HP, and Matt have assured us that the ability to comment on articles will be restored by the end of the second quarter 2021. As of 12:01 a.m. the second quarter will have passed.

Where are the comment modules on our articles????

I wish I had an answer.  I've assumed HP decided they won't restore comment capsules to articles that make it to Maven.  The best I could come up with is commenting directly to the author.

You did, and I appreciate it, Rupert. What Maven doesn't seem to grasp is we have the option to delete the comment module from our articles, as I've seen many authors do in the past.

Give us the option. Don't tie our hands behind our backs.

I have to click on an article to read it then go back to the main page in the newsfeed to comment. Its a lot of work.

Cheryl, I've found that many of the articles don't show in my feed until a couple days later. By that time, I've forgotten what I wanted to say.

If I read from feed, instead of what's been sent to my inbox, it's less cumbersome; I do as you mentioned. However, feed isn't always up to date and I find myself scrolling, scrolling, scrolling to find what I'm looking for. Since I work full time, I simply don't have that time to spare. As a result, I appear to have fallen off the map as far as those whom I follow can see.

        Big bummer.

I'm upset I can no longer find John and Brenda's posts, among others, as readily if at all a lot of the time. Though I am a defender of a lack of comments, I am concerned about the way the feed seems to be falling behind more and more.

I agree, Kyler. It's becoming more and more difficult to keep up with our writer friends.

I am the same, Kyler. Some articles that I get emails of being published just do not appear on my feed e,g. Anything by Bill Holland I have to catch it before it goes to Discover or I can’t comment. There are others as well. It is a pain.

        Thank you.  Different, but workable.
