Good morning yellowstart2000. I like your article. I love oils. Oils are good for the skin . I used oils on my scalp. It keep my hair growing stronger. I add oil to some parts of my body that needs it. Castor oil is good for internal injuries. I read the instructions on the bottle before using it. The best thing is to read the hub pages learning center. Then, you can go back to see your article in case you forgot something. Have a blessing day.

I use oils too, so your article was interesting. I didn't think all your headings were in APA format. Also, I found the beginning a little redundant. You spent a lot of time telling us they were important, but I would have preferred more specifics about each oil and why they are good for certain ailments. You have a great start and are a nice writer.

    Hi Candice,

I think the main problem is the claim that essential oils can combat viruses.

    This:

"Essential oils are one great way to use natural sourced products for prevention and protection from viral, bacterial and airborne contagions."

    And...

"By taking these simple steps, it could even save your life!"

You have to provide evidence of these claims by linking to relevant studies.

If you can't then perhaps you can present the information in a different way?

I've also heard that if you rub the skin of a dead, rabid skunk on you buttocks you will never be forced to fly on Air Canada. Works for Ryanair too I'm told.

Hi. I have have some suggestions for improving the article. First, I think you should review the specific items in your Amazon capsules. You need to say why that particular oil diffuser and that particular brand of essential oil are useful and describe your experiences with the products.

Secondly, as other people have said, you should support the health claims and advice in your article with authoritative references. I notice that you’ve done it once, which is good, but the summary that you’ve linked to doesn’t mention whether the oil was useful in lab equipment or in the human body. As I expect you know, the effects in these locations can be different.

There’s a gap after the first text capsule that looks strange. Stating the source and license for all of the photos could be helpful.

You've chosen a subject that is prevalent on the Internet. So, you have some competition. I would look at your competition and see what they are doing. Your bio is weak. Twenty-eight years is a long time to study EO, but what did you do in that time span? Help others, use it with your family. Empirical experience? Also, it reads like a promotional ad, not an article — lots of fluff.
    This paragraph needs work:
"One simple way of adding essential oils into our routines is using a home diffuser to boost protection. Home diffusers are almost essential in these times, as not only do they help prevent sickness, but help our home lives be more enjoyable. Essential oil diffusers create a vapor mist from mixing water and the essential oils into a blended mist that diffuses into the air helping not only to clean the air, but make it easier to breathe, and even help improve sleep.”
It doesn't read logically. What are you trying to say? How does it make your home life more enjoyable? I understand it diffuses the air and easier to breathe, improve sleep. How is that enjoyable?
I've written a lot of these articles for clients. The best way to approach is feature/benefit. For example, what is the feature? What's the benefit?
Here are rough examples: I use lavender oil in my diffuser, which helps me relax and sleep better. When I got this larger diffuser, I notice the difference right away...
