I've only been writing on HubPages for about a month and I have 20 featured articles.

I just wanted to know, on average how long does it take for your article to be selected for a network/niche website after it has been published?

It seems to vary, but my new articles tend to move within around three days or four days after publishing.

It depends on the quality and content and if everything is fine it takes only a few days.

Thank you so much. I there is one more thing I would like to ask.

Do the articles on the HubPages website rank as good as articles on network sites?

No. While they are on hubpages.com, they don't rank at all. And they aren't monetised. It's literally a trash bin. So you have to get them on to Discover at the very least.

Sorry, I should of been specific because most of my articles are featured.

How well do they rank on the discover page?

The day you sent the article for 'publish', it'll be consider initially for a network site.                                              And should it fail to meet the niche site requirements, it'll be moved to discover or hubpages, until you fine-tune, and 'turnitin' again to a specific niche.                                  Seriously, the content, quality, MLYM, the network policy, and more were taken into consideration.

I'll try and fine tune some of my articles.

At the moment, they seem to be assessing them fairly quickly, and it seems to be taking them less than a couple of weeks. You can always submit yourself, but you have to do it one at a time.
