I think I've been sent to jail. Is there any way of knowing?
I'm getting a message "You are over the daily limit for sending Tweets". However I've tweeted less than 20 times in a day.

I know that you said it was ok now, but are you sure that this wasn't a scam of some kind? So many of them are just ploys to get inside your phone or computer. We get so many of these scams nowadays that I'm suspicious about everything.

Hopefully not. I was getting hassled by someone on Twitter and I used the "P" word and blocked them. I thought I might have been sentenced for that if they reported me out of spite.

I had the same message a couple of days ago. Twitter still posted my tweet.

I'm not on Twitter, so I may be talking through my hat, but I'm thinking this may be some kind of scam. If so, if you click on any phone or email, you might let a hacker or virus into your computer. I'm getting all kinds of alerts that I've been banned or evicted from some website that I'm not on. Others are complaining of this type of scams.

No need to wonder. It was clearly a Twitter techno issue. Musk himself publicly apologized for the issue that Eugene described, which affected thousands of people and is now resolved.

But as for those who are sentence to death like me, I mean anytime I connect to Twitter, the block is: 'blocked by order of government authority'.
How can that be resolve? Thanks.

That's a different issue to Eugene's. The way you describe it, it sounds like something that may be specific to Nigeria.

It was banned in Nigeria until January of last Year. Also this:

eugbug, eugbug, I'm hearing you loud and clear.                                      However, thanks for the link. I'm a Southerner and in the  South of Nigeria. Buhari, is just a puppet, and under the control of a  Bola Tinubu, a fellow musliim and party member. It's the later that's controlling the affair of the federal government.                                     Never in the political dispensation of  Nigeria, had such a thing occured.

You must've tweeted something that upset Musk's fragile ego! wink

It was a glitch, Eugene. I received the same a couple days ago. It was trending for a bit.

I though I was waiting execution for a death sentense, instead of being jailed? Just reporting.

Mine was a minor offence. If I said something about Musk, I might have got a death sentence.

Musk? I'm reading about the man lately...Musk has just bought off 'Twitter'. But it's the former handler that passed the death sentense. It seems because I follow 'real' Donald Trump!                                     Pray Must commuted my death sentense to life.
