Oh Rosina...
I just posted my feedback.
You brought tears to my eyes...but they are happy ones.
I think I'm going to share this article too.
Thanks John, for sharing Rosina's article.
I am indeed touched by her kindness.
I was just going to post your article Rosina, but I see John already did so. I think many of us care deeply about Brenda, and you wrote a lovely article about her. Her poetry is always a pleasure to read, and I enjoyed reading your article, Rosina.
Thanks for posting Rosina's article, John.
Yes, Brenda's poetry is always a pleasure to read, Pamela. I am pleased to know you enjoyed reading my article. You are right that many of us care deeply about Brenda. Your comments are truly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
Thank you so much Pamela.
You are part of the big reason that makes Hubpages feel like my family.
I appreciate your kindness.
Hello Rosina,
Beautiful and fitting tribute to Brenda.
I have the same sentiments for her. I also love her poems. She is caring and helpful, and she keeps the writers engaged and motivated at this platform, through her word prompts, to keep writing. Inspite of her personal sufferings, she has a positive approach towards life, which I admire the most.
Thank you for sharing this heartfelt article.
Thank you John for sharing Rosina’s work.
You said it all, Chitrangada. Yes, many of us love her very much and the way she motivates us is her credit. Thank you for all the well-wishes you meant for her. Hope Brenda is happy to hear it all. I appreciate your comments so much. Thanks a lot.
Chitrangada...
Your words are so sweet.
Thank you.
There are times when it's difficult to keep that positive approach towards life, but when you take a moment to look around at all the beauty God has made...it becomes easier.
Even a weed survives with no attention.
Thank you again.
Rosina...
Awe....I am so touched by your words.
If you lived closer... I would give you a big hug.
I don't know how, but you always seem to know when I need a friend, and I can count on you to be there.
I remember the time when you encouraged me to write happy poems.
At the time, I didn't even realize the work I posted was sad... until you pointed it out.
That's what friends are for...to keep you on the right path...
To tell you the truth even if you don't want to hear it.
I am so glad you got to know Steve Carr & have your work published by Sweetycat Press.
He was indeed a great man.
I look forward to reading and posting my work on Hubpages because there are so many kind and compassionate souls here, and that makes it all worthwhile.
I'm lucky to have a friend like you, who takes the time to check on me.
There are a few others that send me messages, too, and it really helps to keep me going.
Thanks for your wish, but I'm not certain I'm ready...although the thought has crossed my mind.
I trust God to guide my footsteps in the direction he wants me to walk.
I have no problem with you using a couple of my photos for this article.
It is a welcome surprise that brought happy tears to my eyes.
Thank you... from the bottom of my heart.
I am so lucky to have you as my friend.
I am fortunate too to have a friend like you, Brenda. Yes, I knew you needed a little boost. Therefore, this surprise. I feel happy and satisfied with your feedback. I am glad you consider it to be a welcome surprise. Now be cheerful and confront the day boldly and happily with the thought that yes, there are friends behind your back, who always treasure you and care about you. Enjoy and have a great day and week ahead. All the very best.
Thank you so much Rosina.
You must have a crystal ball.
You are most welcome, Brenda.
Yes, sometimes I can sense things but I do not have a crystal ball. LOL!
Oh well...
I did post a longer reply...
But sadly the cookie monster must have been hungry...because it's not here.
Enjoy your week gal.
For some reason...I'm not getting notifications for this one.
I must search for article on the feed. Oh well.
Rosina, this is a beautiful tribute to Brenda. Brenda is a great friend and, more than a friend, a good soul at heart. She always tries her best to help her fellow writers, and needless to say, her weekly prompts provide the much-needed impetus for us poets to keep going, come what may. Thanks, Brenda, for all your help, and I pray that you remain happy always in your life.
Thanks, Rosina for this tribute and thanks John, for posting Rosina's work.
I am delighted, Ravi, that you liked my tribute to Brenda. Yes, she is more than a good friend, inspiring and uplifting others. Her word prompts indeed help fellow writers to keep going. I wish her happiness too. I appreciate your comments a lot. Thank you so much.
Thanks so much Ravi.
Believe it or not, each and everyone of you inspire me when you respond with your articles for the word prompt.
Each person has a different view or idea and that makes it fantastic.
Thanks again for your kind words.
Rosina, this is such a touching gesture, so generous of you to honor your good friend, Brenda. It made my heart smile. She is amazing. I give her all the credit for getting me back into writing more poetry. You are a blessing to her as she is to all of us who have become closer through our poetry writing, thanks to her. Thank you, John, for sharing Rosina's article.
Thank you Jan...but I cannot take all the credit for you getting back to writing poetry.
If you didn't have the desire in your heart, no amount of inspiration would make you jot it down.
But I thank you for the thought.
Rosina is a blessing. She seems to know when I need that extra push.
Janis, many of us care deeply about Brenda. Yes, it is true through her word prompts, she has won the hearts of many, who take up the challenge and write poetry or prose or a combination of them based on her weekly word prompt. I appreciate the fact that you are also one of them. I love reading the responses of fellow writers based on the word prompts. My friendship with Brenda is, however, bonded through all the help we have given each other since the start of our journey here at HP.
Your expression of friendship warms my heart. Sending love and blessings. Thank you for sharing that, Rosina.
Rosina, this is a wonderful tribute to Brenda. You have so beautifully described the friendship that you both share. Brenda is indeed a caring and loving person. I really enjoyed reading her work at the time I was active on HP. Thank you for sharing this.
