I published my first blog on HubPages, but it was rejected. I'm not sure what's wrong or what needs to be changed. Can anyone please help me with suggestions?

I clicked on your link, but it says the page doesn't exist.
My apologies. Please find it here https://discover.hubpages.com/travel/di … outh-india
One little thing... a boat house is not a houseboat Otherwise, nice article.
The first thing I noticed is the first subheading, it doesn't need to say introduction. Subheadings should be SEO optimized and tell the reader what is in that particular section of the article.
Second thing I noticed is none of the pictures have a source caption. This is something Hubpages has made a big deal about in the past and when I went through the apprenticeship program. All pics need to have a source, even if you took it yourself.
Third, the article reads like a travel agency ad. The info is something that can be found anywhere on the web. I would rewrite the article adding in details about each location that can't be found anywhere else. If you went there yourself, what about the place did you find interesting? What's the history of the location, really delve into it. Describe the location in detail, not just what you can do there. For example:
"If you want that proper hill station vibes like weather and stratus clouds then Coonoor is the best place."
This sentence tells me nothing. I've never been to India and don't live in a mountainous area, so I have no idea what hill station vibes are. Most people don't know what stratus clouds are. If you're trying to say the mountains reach the clouds, say it descriptively. Paint a picture in my mind with your description.
Also, reread the article, there are some grammatical errors and repeated words etc. The article is also more pictures than words, there needs to be a balance. Pictures are great, but without source info, or a caption explaining what the pic is of, they are useless, especially when the article doesn't give me a whole lot of information about each place. Give me insider information, and a lot of it.
Hope that helps.
I have given the source name and the source URL for images should also give a caption. can you please help me here?
The captions should explain what the image is of. Like the statue image, what statue is it, what's its name? Where is it located etc.
thank you for the suggestion.will change it as suggested
travelexperience, I read the stuff. It's not a blog. Its an article.
The thing is that its a good read. It has not a conclusion and references.
Did you took the pictures by yourself? Say that you're the source. And give the photos a stunny title.
The pix are very nice and stunny. South India, is indeed a beautiful and captivating country.
Please got through the story again. They're certain errors like grammar for correcting.
So go online and download a software, like Grammarly, at http//www.grammarly.com to check the few or more mechanical errors.

In fact, I wonder. I was a hub which titled "Losing Weight Phases" http://amrelnawawy.hubpages.com/hub/Los … ght-Phasesand it was featured before. But I had a problem with its URL, it wasn't SEO optimized. So, I deleted the old hub and created a new one with the same previous...

I am really upset over the whole discussion about the Apprenticeship program. Now disgruntled hubbers want to have the badge removed form our profiles. When I became an "elite", when it was known as that, I was treated really badly by some petty hubbers. When I joined the AP program I fell...

Is a link to my own blog considered an affiliate link? I want to link from a Hubpages article I am writing to an article on my blog that further describes what I am writing about in the article.
