Hi, Friends.
I read this touching poem by Marie Anne just now. It was appealing and interesting to my feelings. So, I am sharing it here for all of you to go through and feel the depth.

Sorry, the writer's name was mistaken. It is Anne Carr.
Nice poem. The author seems to be trying to come to terms with personal issues in her sweet life.
This writer is not who I thought she was. I follow a long-time writer here on HP by the name of Ann Carr (no "e" at the end of her first name). She lives in the UK and has become a good friend over the years.
Yes, true. I, too, got confused by the name when I landed on another post by this Kid Anne last week. I searched the About Profile and then followed her. She is posting some interesting and appealing articles.
I do not know what happened to our old friend, Ann Carr. She was a great inspirer for most of us with her articles and Hub Challenges.
Venka, I'll have to email her to see what she's been up to. We used to email quite regularly then life got in the way and I haven't heard from her in a while.
Thanks for jogging my mind!
Okay, let me know about her well-being.
Thanks in advance.
Venka, I sent Ann an email a few minutes ago. I'll let you know when she responds. I did let her know you were asking about her.
Venka, I heard back from Ann. She's spending time with family (grandkids), working in her garden, and writing occasionally. She has a novel in the works but is taking her time with it as writing a novel is quite daunting compared to writing articles. The spectrum is much broader and requires a different mindset, not to mention a ton of time.
She's doing well and hopes to do a bit of traveling in the near future. She also wanted me to extend her gratitude to you for thinking about her.
Many many thanks, Shauna, for updating me about her health. I am glad to know that she is enjoying her life with grandchildren and, at the same time, investing her precious time in writing a book. I pray God for her well-being and success, as well as for you.
Nice reflections in the poem. Sometimes, We do face such moments.
Thank you for sharing Venkatachari ji.
Thank you all for this heartwarming exchange. I just read "I Missed the Train" as well, and I must say—it truly resonates on a deep emotional level. It's wonderful how poetry like this can bring people together and spark such thoughtful conversations.
Shauna, thank you for reaching out to Ann and sharing the update. It's lovely to hear she's doing well, spending time with her family, and continuing to write. Please send her my warm regards and best wishes for her novel!
And Venkat, thank you for sharing the poem and your thoughtful words. It’s moments like these that make this community feel like a real family.
You have been reported. You have no articles and joined only moments ago. Shame on you for chiming in on this conversation!

We all know that there's so much competition to rank in search engines, and we've all heard that 'content is king', but what does that *really* mean? What it means is that Google is now placing much more importance on the authority, authorship, relevance and uniqueness of the content we create, very...

I'm seeing a lot of this around the internet now. And a lot of debate. It started with art, now it's affecting writing. These apps are allowing people to enter prompts. The app skims the internet for content, chews it up, then creates something for the user to claim as their own original work....

This one's from an HP writer, Dusty or 50 Caliber, who's no longer with us. Thankfully, I saved his words to remember his kindness. This was on a hub I wrote in 2012.
