Apology For Technical Ignorance

I just want to apologize to anyone who may have been using an older computer with a lower cpu or dialup and clicked on one of my "100 PICS of..." hubs recently.  I did not realize until I tried loading my own hubs on my ancient laptop with a cpu of about 500 that it takes FOREVER to load a page with 100 PICS on it.  I'm very sorry for that and I have taken the hubs down until I can make them thumbnails or something that loads easily.

I am new to hubbing and it never occured to me that perhaps not everyone has a super Pentium computer like I do to load pages.

Maybe it should be a warning somewhere about it...anyway sorry again if I made anyone's computer hang!    :0

Still, I have a very good computer and I would not want to see 100 pictures on one hub. That is far too many...

Eve, you can change the Photo Capsule setting to Thumbnails. That way, only one large image is loaded, and the rest are thumbnails which are only loaded if the visitor chooses to see the full-size image.

I never noticed the thumbnails and slideshow options before. Thanks for pointing that out. I just added a slideshow to one of my hubs smile

        Thanks Jason!
        I'll experiment with that.
