      People don't seem to understand that the president is just the titular head of the USA. Why don't they understand this?
      The President is not a dictator he is but an elected official who is controlled by congress, the senate and by laws interpreted by federal judges.
      Our form of gov't is a "Republic!" "...and to the republic for which it stands,"
      it was set up this way by our forefathers so that gov't could not become a dictatorhip. One facet of the gov't cannot gain too much power, it is controlled by the other and the people.
      Stop blaming Obama for everything! He is but one "controlled" facet of the "whole."
      You voted for all those in this Republic who govern us...if you are not happy with it, blame yourselves! You voted them into office and kept them there.

   The first thing I would do is repeal the health care bill then I would eliminate the income tax and replace it with a 10% VAT tax. The next thing I would do is close all the military bases around the world and withdraw all our troops from foreign soil. I'd use the savings to deregulate the nuclear industry and I'd fund modernization of our nuclear arsenal and missile defense. Then I'd eliminate all government agencies without constitutional authority, which is just about all of them. I'd privatize social security and eliminate medicare and medicaid. Then I'd support a constitutional amendment that would establish term limits for all politicians. and while I'm at it, I'd fix the commerce clause in the constitution to limit the federal role to regulation of actual financial transactions taking place across state lines. There, that should do it!
