A lot of it depends on what program your using. Typically, I use Smartdraw, and that does have mind maps. That program has a button to print the map out as a JPG. Some programs have that option, others don't. One thing you can do, if your program doesn't, is find a freeware "print to jpg" program, then simply upload the jpg.
Or, view the entire mind map on your monitor, then press the "print screen" button on your keyboard. That will take a screenshot. Open Microsoft paint, then click edit, paste. Save the fine as a jpg - good to go.
