I think I must be another dork! One of my favourite things!
I just drove through one, earlier. Hell, thunderstorms have always calmed me down. I find peace in the chaos; I find serenity in the turmoil. It is the stale ignorance of society that I'm yet to find stabilization in.
One of my earliest memories is of standing on the beach with lightning striking the pebbles all around me and continuous immediate thunder. The most memorable part was the smell of the electricity and burning stone.
hehehehe oh man. I was scared to death of thunderstorms when I was a kid! I remember waking up in the middle of the night and running into my sisters room just to send her back to my room to close the window & grab my pillow! Looking back on it, I can't believe she actually did it. odd...hahaha
After I got married, I never woke up for a thunderstorm again. Very odd....

Drove home with a tornado on my tail once...it was exhilerating!
It's only slightly raining where I live right now, I'm hoping for a big storm tonight!
