I do read most of the hubs I get from my followers that take my interest, but seldom comment due to not knowing what to ad when someone else has said what I felt the need to say anyway. I always flag up good hubs, and usually try to say nothing bad about hubs that may be of little interest or even poorly written.
My writing is better since being here and learning from others over the last 2 years, so coming off a pretty low base myself, I look back in a few months to see if they are getting better and am usually pleasantly surprised by people who are writing better and better hubs, fixing old ones and growing in authority as writers. This is a fair and free platform and still the best place on the Internet for someone who just loves to write stuff. All sorts of stuff, any stuff that is within adsense tos.
